Where do I go to access online Surveys?
Once you log in, you will be able to navigate to the "Surveys" page to see if there are any surveys available to you. If there are any currently active surveys you will be able to click on the link to enter the survey.
You will also receive new surveys directly to your email address.
How many points do I get for completing an online Survey?
Most surveys are between 1.00 and 4.00 points depending on length and content. You will be told upfront in your survey invitation the amount of points being awarded for each survey.
What do I do if I've completed a survey but haven't been credited any points?
Let us know! If you believe that you have completed a survey that you have not been rewarded for and should have, please reach out to research-community@roymorgan.com with as much information as possible in order for us to help.
How can I check that I have been rewarded for surveys that I have completed?
When logged in head to the 'Rewards' tab for a full list of activities on your account, including surveys completed, points rewarded, and redemptions.

How do I sign up to receive SMS surveys?
You can nominate to receive SMS surveys when completing your member profile, or by emailing your details to research-community@roymorgan.com.
How do I stop receiving SMS Questions?
If you no longer wish to participate via SMS simply send a reply SMS with the word STOP.
How long do I have to respond to an SMS Question?
Each SMS survey closes once we have enough responses. If you would like to take part please respond as soon as possible before the survey closes.
How to identify SMSs from Roy Morgan Research Community?
All text messages will begin with the words Research Community or Roy Morgan Research.
How do I answer SMS questions?
Most questions will be answered by replying to the SMS with a single letter answer, e.g. Research Community>Are you in paid employment? Y=Yes N=No. In this example reply to the SMS with the letters only e.g. Y or N.
Will the text message replies be charged at premium rates or standard rates?
You will be charged standard rates according to your current mobile plan.
